Refund Policy

1. Returns Are Not Accepted (Food Item)

Honey is a consumable product. Once the jar is opened or used, it cannot be returned.

2. When You Can Request a Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

• The jar is broken, leaking, or unsealed on arrival
• You received the wrong honey type or wrong quantity
• The product shows contamination or an abnormal smell
• The package appears tampered with

3. Reporting Time Limit

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints after 24 hours will not be accepted.

4. Proof Is Required

To approve any refund or replacement request, we require:

• Clear pictures of the jar
• Clear pictures of packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended)
• Order details or WhatsApp confirmation screenshot

5. Refund Processing

After verification, we will either send a replacement jar or refund your amount. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 7 working days.

6. Delivery Charges

If the issue is from our side, we will cover the delivery cost. If the issue is due to wrong address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges apply.

7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

• Customer changes mind after dispatch
• Honey crystallization (jamna), which is natural
• Seasonal color change, which is normal in pure honey
• Courier delays outside our control
• Wrong address provided by the customer

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
